What is Rapid Transformational Therapy?

RTT or Rapid Transformational Hypnotherapy was developed by world renowned successful therapist Marisa Peer, over her 30 years of experience as an award winning therapist. RTT has been influenced by and draws upon the best aspects of hypnosis, NLP, healing, psychotherapy and CBT to form a totally unique and powerful, life -changing technique


RTT goes beyond hypnosis, diagnosing what works with clients to build a new therapeutic approach. Unlike traditional hypnotherapy, RTT does not rely solely on positive reinforcement.

While using correct, up-to-date, and relevant language when talking to yourself is certainly a part of any transformation, it serves as more of a reinforcement of breakthroughs rather than the catalyst.


As an RTT practitioner, I can reach breakthroughs with my clients via hypnosis that would not be possible if I was simply trying to access their subconscious mind via altered language and self-talk. RTT works on a deeper level and provides direct access to the subconscious mind, wherein our limiting beliefs reside. These need to be broken, let go and replaced before transformation is possible to live your life how you want to live it and to achieve those goals that you so want to achieve.

How does RTT change you?

RTT enables us to communicate directly with the subconscious mind (which is where most issues, blocks and limiting beliefs reside). We access the root cause of the issue, which leads to an understanding of why and when the issue started. This understanding is powerful and we then work together through the process of helping you to let go of the issue for good, empowering you to be free and to move forward positively, creating the life you want!

You will be provided with a personal transformation audio, made specifically for you and which you will listen to daily for 21 days. This rewires your brain to fully accept and lock in your new beliefs in your mind so that you can transform yourself and your life!

How quick does RTT work?

RTT is able to help much quicker than other modalities, as most people need only one session to understand the root of their issue and to let it go for good. More complex issues can take slightly longer, but no more than three sessions.

There are 3 types of change from RTT – every person is different:

  1. Immediate Change: You feel a massive shift right away – immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviors right in the session.

  2. Cumulative Change: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time.

  3. Retroactive Change: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.

How would our (online) Private RTT session look like?
  1. Book your session through the link below.

  2. You will receive a link to an intake form by email. Go to the link and fill in the form.

  3. Block 2 to 3 hours from your agenda on the day of the session, as this could be the duration of your session. The session is either face to face or via Zoom, which is equally as effective.

  4. During the session, we will talk for +/- 30 minutes to understand what you want to work on and get all information about this issue. After this, we will go into a relaxed state of mind to be able to connect with your subconscious mind. We will get to know the limiting beliefs that are behind the issue and we will break these beliefs by using profound RTT techniques and create new, positive and powerful beliefs to install in your subconscious mind. 

  5. Following your session, you will receive a 15 to 20 minutes recording with your personal transformation for you to listen to daily for 21 days. You must listen to this recording each day for 21 days straight. This is a very important part of the process as the mind learns by repetition and needs minimum 21 days to lock in your new, positive and powerful beliefs.

  6. We will have a follow-up zoom call of 45 minutes after the 21 days period to review the amazing changes and incredible transformation you've already been experiencing and discuss what's next!
