During our nutrition advice planning session, we will sit together and discuss your current eating habits, what is holding you back from achieving weight loss or any other food related issues and discuss how you want your eating habits/ goals to be in the future. We will replace your bad eating habits with healthy food options and create a nutrition advice plan that you can stick to by customizing it to your taste, needs and lifestyle.
